CHRISTMAS CARDS
ARTWORK
year by year
Starting in 1942, ALFRED SHADDICK BURT continued the
family
tradition of
sending Christmas
carols
as cards, a tradition
which was
begun
by his father,
BATES GILBERT BURT in 1926.
View the original artwork from each year's Christmas card, then
listen
to a
sample of the Carol and hear comments
about the
Carol from
Mrs. Alfred Burt,
who played a big part in the
creation
of the legendary cards.
